Useless app, doesn't sync with your account. The objects you add in your "watchlist" is not visible in the app. Second, be careful using their services, there is alot off extras, service fees they add in the end so they price is very inflated in the end.
It needs alot of work it needs to be easier to used
No audio during live auctions. The app seems to want to use the phone line for audio. Need to have push notifications for watchlist items ON sale day. Update July 15. Still no audio. Update October 27. STILL no audio. Pretty useless for live auctions with no sound. March 2022 update -STILL no sound and now the website only directs you to the app. Useless
App is laggy. I just got outbid because of the glitchy slow bid submission
Friendly people to work with
Bad App Design, always logged out so I miss the auctions. Can't remove watched items. This seems like a kids highschool project and they don't appreciate it understand the process...

Ritchie Bros has been in the business many years. If you find that your experience is less than ud expect contact them real time. They will find a way to resolve most issues and they seem to be one of fww auctions who have nothing to expose and list items with all the positives and megatives so when your equipment arrives is all of what u expected it to be wo any suprises. 5 star in my book.
